Ephemeris Generators for Comet Hale-Bopp

XEphem is an interactive astronomy program written by Elwood C. Downey.

For really accurate ephemerides for observation, Don Yeomans at the Jet Propulsion Lab has provided both orbital elements and a daily ephemeris of comet positions.

Hourly ephemerides computed by David J. Tholen's 2-body ephemeris program at the Institute for Astronomy, University of Hawai`i are currently available for the following months: February, March, April and May. If you wish to purchase a newer, up-to-date version of his ephemeris software, you may contact David Tholen directly at 808-956-6930, or e-mail at tholen@ifa.hawaii.edu.
